At Armonista, we want you to love every piece you receive. Should you wish to return an item, we offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery to submit your request. Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original, pristine condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact and housed in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required to process your request.
To begin the return process, please contact our team and we will guide you through every step, providing a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back to us safely. Kindly note that returns sent without prior approval will unfortunately not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, our team will notify you of the outcome of your refund assessment. We are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
Should your return be approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the amount reflects in your account.
